It’s not a pet friendly hotel. You have to keep your dog in the room, not allowed to bring to breakfast or any place in the hotelOutside decoration was very nice but almost nothing in the building. It was like an hospital, zero decoration. As we had a dog, they forced us to stay in a room with garden but garden is open. So you can’t let your dog in the garden and room was very dark, no sun light. We had to change the room and push them go give us a room with sun light. The material used in the hotel was cheapest material. Many broken area in the room or in other places.It’s not a 5 star hotel and fake Ramada!!! Towels very very old and used. Liquide savon instead of shampoo. Most of the staff from Indonesia and they can’t speak turkish or english.

Cleanliness and environment

Location was far away from shops and restaurants. Staff need to be more reactive to customers needs. Air conditioning was not cool enough specially in the afternoon time

The pool and view was nice

It took 4 rooms to find one that didn’t smell like sewage or wasn’t underground for them to give me. Hardly any of the staff speak English which is frustrating to deal with. When I called room service they didn’t have things that were on the menu. Overall the food at the hotel was horrible quality and tasting and quite expensive.

The staff and the facilities

The A/C aircondition was too hot we couldn’t sleep at all and we changed our room for times and still the AC not working very well.

Everything involved steps so if your not completely mobile would not recommend staying here Staff were miserable ( except for a couple who were very nice )

Room size

Overall, staff was very friendly helpful and hospitable . Facility is nice and clean. We requested the hotel to help us book a boat trip. They charged us more than double. We only got to know this after we cross checked the rates directly with the boat. We were charged 200 euro vs 87 euro Plus breakfast can be much better

I like nothing special about property and staff.Firstly, the behavior and attitude of your staff were particularly disappointing. Manager Hilal was very rude behavior, lacking experience, professionalism and unresponsiveness to requests.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel from [18 Aug 2024] to [21 Aug 2024]. Unfortunately, this stay was far from what I expected, and several issues severely impacted my overall experience.Firstly, the behavior and attitude of your staff were particularly disappointing. Manager Hilal was very rude behavior, lacking experience, professionalism and unresponsiveness to requests. I want management to investigate on why, she was having such behavior and check if there were room available at 11 AM 18th Aug 2024 for early check in. Manager HILAL was very angry and wanted me to cancel my booking and simply don’t care about guest experience. As a guest, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, which was sadly lacking during my stay. Secondly, I requested one large bed and got disappointed to know that they have all single bed which is joined by room service staff and again same manager HILAL was very rude and telling that joining two single bed is same as one 1 large bed or king size bed. This was unacceptable and not at all in line with the standards I expect from a hotel of your reputation.Moreover, when I brought these issues to the attention of the management, handling of my complaint was inadequate and left me feeling even more frustrated.This experience has unfortunately left a lasting negative impression, and I am considering whether I would stay at or recommend this hotel in the future. I believe that such issues should be addressed promptly to prevent other guests from facing similar dissatisfaction.I would appreciate it if you could investigate these matters and provide an appropriate response. I am also open to discussing how this situation could be rectified.Thank you for your attention to this serious matter. I look forward to your prompt reply.

Location was great! Staff were friendly!

The pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. Staff brought us new pillows but still hard. You’ll love it if you like hard pillows

We have appreciated the welcoming and nice attitude of the cleaning staff and the security guards. The receptionists had a smiling face but generally the problems we have raised were just responded with a smiling face back.

Outdoor pool wasn't open. It was under construction and we weren't informed of this situation.We have complained about particles in the pool which seemed like dirt. They indicated that it would be taken care of but it was there for at least 5 days. (until the day we left.)We found an empty bottle of wine in our room left from the previous visitors.Under the beds were filthy.The rooms surround an open area and that area causes a lot of echoing. So in the middle of the night we were able to hear people slamming their doors as it echoed throughout the floor.We were given a room that oversaw the sea. You had to have hawk eyes to see the sea :) Our room was right above the staff smoking area, so we were a part of their smoking experience.We have requested support from the technical team so they removed the part and never replaced it.Breakfasts were not in very good quality. Not many healthy options for kids and people who are interested. Bananas provided were ripe and couldn't be eaten as it was very hard. It seems as if the lowest quality of products were provided in semi-fancy setting to make it seem more interesting. It did seem like the hotel was cutting down on costs.The staff members, specifically Turkish ones, seemed very unhappy and unresponsive during busy times.

The design of the villa was wonderful, our garden was imaginative, the plant arrangement was very attractive, it had a private swimming pool with complete privacy, the breakfast was more than excellent, and the place was very quiet, and it is the perfect choice for a honeymoon.

The pool water was very cold. The swimming pool needs constant cleaning because it is in the garden and the garden contains a lot of insects. Needs to focus on maintenance more

"Memories of the previous stay."

The outdoor pool is under renovation (not mentioned).What's behind the pool is a view.In many places, there are falling plaster chunks (probably not due to the pool), which no one has dealt with (because, after all, the pool is more important).There was practically nothing in the breakfast menu (yogurts from the store with such bad labels that they can't be eaten without natural ones).Don't just explain that it's before the season (not a 5* hotel - NOT FOR THIS PRICE!!!).And that poor dog in the lobby (supposedly the owner's), placed in full sun behind the glass in the fence without the possibility of hiding in the shade, without water for "several " hours.

Excellent breakfast with lots of choices of both local and international items. Location is excellent overlooking to the Bitez Bay and only short distance from the Bodrum Centre. Hotel staff were incredible and they went beyond our expectations in making our stay very enjoyable. Hotel's amenities are excellent that includes both an outdoor and an indoor swimming pool; sauna; a Turkish bath; a gym etc.

Only thing that we did not like was that a group of guests were there that wasted so much food that was very unfortunate and gave the staff hard time which the staff made every effort to accommodate them though they were there to complaint about anything and everything. The staff members handled every request very professionally

Good facilities. Breakfast was OK

Unfriendly staff. Check-in. We booked just one night and came at midnight, a guy asked all my credit card details including cvv for minibar, that was ridiculous. When I refused to give them my card details he sent some guy who took everything even water from minibar. It’s a shame for the hotel.

It was amazing!! Cem and alyin are the best people in Ramada. They have the most amazing customer service you can imagine, everything is done so fast with the customers request! Outstanding hotel - my 4th time Ramada.So much respect for the Ramada staff - if you’re staying in bodrum, make sure you stay at Ramada.

Very nice and relaxing hotel. Clean and comfortable hotel. Breakfast is very good. Good value for money.

Pool was a bit colder. We got some cold.

Good structure with pools, a nice location (better if you are driving), and friendly staff, most of them were not English speakers but they were very kind. The omelet and coffee were delicious.

Very cold pools, cleaning in the rooms could be better, breakfast could be fewer options, and better quality for fruits, cheese, and yogurts.
